Turf this close to the water fights sand, salt, and fast drainage. We mow on a fixed weekly rotation through the season, keep the cut high in mid-summer so roots stay shaded, and edge every walk and drive so the property reads clean from the street. Rentals get service timed around turnover days.
Landscaping
We plant salt-tolerant material — wax myrtle, yaupon, juniper, ornamental grasses — that survives spray off the ocean instead of burning back each summer. Mulch refreshes, bed reshaping, hedge trimming, and paver walkways through sandy soil round out most Oceanfront projects.
